At last! Our
GP38:s
are back from service at the
engine maintenance shop. The
crew of the SD40 picked them up
there and delivered them to us
at the Jersey piers. Because the
industries couldn’t wait for us
to get our GP38:s
back from the engine maintenance
shop we had to make do with the
SD40 this morning.
In this
w.o.
we have to pick up two sets of
double stacks at Jersey piers
and bring them to the North
Bergen Yards. A mainline train
will pick them up there. At
North Bergen Yards there is a
set of grain cars and two sets
of coal cars that we have to
pick up an
deliver to the West Shore piers.
After dropping these three
consists off, park the GP38:s
at the Freight House siding so
we can get some lunch.
