This is the easy part of your day.  Follow the mainline and signals up to Zanesville and deliver this train to the Zanesville Yards.  You will set out this cars as follows once you arrive at the yards:

 

O-8 to 18    Zanesville RR Yard 1

O-1 to 7      Zanesville RR Yard 2

 

Once you dropped them off head over to the refuel point.
