NEDF109BUDDXMAS2003 - Part 1 North Fork to M&H.

Work Order: NEDF109BUDDXMAS2003 (part 1)

Time: 6:30 am

Season: Winter

Weather: Light Snow

Duration: 1h 21m

Train: BUDD RDC

Class: 4

With the acquisition of the newest trackage, NERR is throwing a Christmas Xtravaganza for the more 'loyal' of their employees picking them up at both stations and flag-stops. You are the second unit and you're job is to take over at North Fork to get them there and back safely. It's snowing, but there are no speed advisories yet. Just be cautious and take it easy on the passengers. They'll probably need it by the time you get to Ada. The M&RM is still a 'Mom/Pop' flavor of railroad, so things are laid-back. It's not how fast you go, but how accurate you are in the timing.

When finished, you should be about 3 minutes behind listed schedule. We'll try to make this up later in the activities

Speed limits:

15mph yards

30mph sidings off mainline

30mph 10degree crossovers (every one on this section)

Otherwise as posted

NOTES: Timing is critical on this to avoid permanent Reds

Meets are at:

6:31 North Fork Opposing

6:49 Schlogger Opposing

7:06 MP60 2-5 minute wait Opposing

7:19 Winterland Opposing (possible short wait)

7:29 MP48 on - Behind logging train

Cautions and Comments: Try to jostle the innocent passengers no more than is required. Keep under 30mph on the long station sidings. It doesn't look very prototypical to come out of the switch at 55mph.

Notes: To delete this set of activities and any remnants, simply do a find in the Train Simulator root folder, search (find)  "NEDF109BUDDXMAS*.*" without the quotes and delete all results.

When installing, do not overwrite any files. They should be the same as what you already have.
