Good morning. You have been assigned the duty of running one of the grain trains from Cutbank to the Newark & Jersey City area. This is the first activity of this multi-route run.

 

You are entering Cutbank from the west. There is a consist of grain cars in Cutbank for you to pick up. When the grain cars are added to your train make your way down to Shelby and stop at the platform there for a short break before continuing towards Circus Flats on the Dual Fiction route.

 

Clearances: All clearances will be announced by the dispatcher during the activity.

 

Speed limit: As Posted. The conductor will inform you if other speed limits apply to your train during the activity.

(The maximum allowed speed for this heavy grain trains is 45 mph).
