Subject: Delivery of 6 Generators and 30 coils of high transmission wire.

(Subject to change based on engineering demands or project extension)

 

            The engineering Department of Washington State Power Authority has tendered the contract to NERR (North Eastern Railway) the task of delivering 6 generators to Rock Island Hydro Electric Project on the Columbia River Approximately 12 Miles downstream from Wenatchee Washington.

 

Said Equipment to be delivered in bulk on the agreed upon Date.

 

Penalties will assessed if work is delayed or the project is halted.

 

Monies owing for this transportation will be paid in full at completion,

NERR to provide all State and Federal operating Permits and Permissions Operating rights on NERR track lines from points of origin for oversized load and weights.

 

All engineers and conductors are to be certified railway personnel and security is of concern.

 

The Dam has been closed, and all of the Current electric generating equipment is being removed and upgraded. This is not a staged Project as the Dam and facilities are getting a complete refit.
