Two strings of tankers were waiting for power to free up, when the Robert Reedy Northern shows up, and shows off.  Lash up BOTH strings of tankers, plus a caboose, and run them down to the refinery tracks, via the Junction.  See your work order for where to spot which cars.  Shove your caboose into Refinery 3 and stop, to complete the work order.  Alternate Ending:  Take your power clear to Pepper Siding, and add some PR value to the steam excursion.
