This series of activities is to evaluate the performance of new rolling stock on south rail trackage.  Today we start with a new GP30 # 3019.  To get the fell of things we will start light and work our way up to some heavy tasks.  Pick up the 7 wagons in Dunedin south holding and head to green island for the first setout.  "Caution" when back on mainline MOW needs to repair track just before green island station, maximum speed in this area is 10 mph, second setout at Wingatui Riccarton Racecourse siding, then Mosgiel Goods Shed to setout the last three wagons.  Head back to Wingatui South Siding and pick-up the consist waiting there, on to Green Island and then into Burnside Yard where the rest of the consist is to be broken up and delivered to various sidings, you need to do all the switching in the yards, there is also new wagons to be picked-up.  On leaving the yard your consist needs to be in a set order to complete the work order.  The Loco is last to leave the yard.

After leaving the yard there are three more set-outs, one at BP Petroleum and two at Ravensdown Fertilizer, then on to Mussel Bay to complete the work order.

1. When making the first drop off at Green Island Goods, you come off the main into a siding and you get a reverse point, if you follow the reverse point, it takes you right back onto the main on to the left hand track and you make no drop offs. You can ignore the RP and continue on so that you can make your drop off, and after making your drop off, it will activate so that you can wind up on the left hand main track where you need to be to continue this activity.

2. You get a pop up at Mosgiel Goods 1 drop off informing you to pick up a consist (32780-0-16 (17) cars) at Wingatui South Holding. You have to drop 4 cars at Green Island Main and the rest go with you to Burnside Yard, where you make numerous drop-offs/pick-ups. When you enter the yard, you are told (lots of popups) to drop off 4 cars-32780-13 16 at the entrance to the yard, then proceed to NZ Refrigerating Co Stock siding. When you arrive at the siding, you are to drop 32780-0 2, then run around and get three cars (32780-6 off the back of the consist (you must use the front coupler for the next 3 tasks) and set them out at NZ Refrigerating Co 1. The you have to pickup 32782-0 2 at NZ Refrigerating Co 2 and take them back to NZ Refrigerating Co Stock siding (keep in mind you still have cars on this siding). Then you are to pickup 32783-0 2 at Kempthrone Processer Fertilizer, a popup tells you to put these 3 cars behind the Dierker cars---here is the problem, you just picked up 3 cars at NZ Refrigerating Co 2 and put them on NZ Refrigerating Co Stock siding---guess where (right behind the Dierker cars)

You have to turn your sliders down some on this one or you will get a lot of freezes/crashes/S/DS msgs.
