Trains and Equipment on this website are created solely for the use of
North Eastern Railroad and may not be used for any commercial projects. You are
not allowed to make money with our add-ons. The majority of the work here is all
ready copyrighted by someone else, and they do not want you to sell it
either.
You may of course download our Trains and reverse engineer them to repaint as you wish. All we ask is you give us a little credit to help spread our name, and change the FOLDER/FILE names so you do not overwrite our existing Trains.
Everything here was obtained for FREE, and that's the way we
intend to keep it.
North Eastern is a VIRTUAL Railroad. We
offer no real service. We are not associated with any real-world railroads.
North Eastern does NOT collect email addresses or other personal information to resell. We hate SPAM, and we would never sell your email address to anyone.
On our Roster and in our Forums, the user has the option to display his/her email address and other personal information.
Mailing lists that are available are for Internal use of North Eastern only, i.e.; send you a notice of something new; a new version of our newsletter; etc...
The staff of North Eastern Railroad has attempted to insure we have the appropriate permissions as applicable for the equipment we have re-skinned and re-engineered. As with all things, it is possible we have overlooked someone or a particular piece of equipment. If that is the case, please notify us and we will remove the piece of equipment from our roster until such time as we have received the appropriate permissions. Our intention is to be of service to the Train-Sim community and to not overlook the outstanding work of all of those folks, like us, who have donated a lot of their time to improve the Train-Sim experience for everyone.
