Bill Long aka recycler, engineer #083 has received North Eastern's Engineer of the Month Award for the month of April, 2003.

Bill join vNERR September 28, 2002, since then he has driven 115 Work Orders totaling 174 hours of Safe Driving. The Recycler is part of NERR's Feasibility Team that tests our Work Orders and he is also advising the the construction of NETS. Besides, he is from Niceville.
